10	I agree that working in a group can be better than working alone, especially when the task is big or difficult. First of all, every member of a group brings different strengths. Last year my class had to prepare a project about water shortage in Israel. One friend was excellent at research, another drew the charts, and I wrote the final text. On my own, I would never have finished it on time, and it would not have been nearly as good. In addition, working with others teaches important skills, such as listening, sharing ideas and settling disagreements. These skills are necessary in almost every job. However, a group only works when everyone does their part. If one member is lazy, the others suffer.
