Conjunctions that come in pairs
ארבע מילות חיבור זוגיות שמופיעות לראשונה בחטיבה העליונה, ובכולן החלק הראשון מכין את הקורא לחלק השני. both ... and (שניהם), either ... or (אחד משניים - בחירה שאי אפשר להתחמק ממנה), neither ... nor (אף אחד מהשניים), ו-not only ... but (also) (לא רק, אלא גם). הן הופכות שני משפטים קצרים למשפט אחד מהודק - בדיוק מה שנדרש בחיבור הבגרות.
