Past Continuous: Affirmative
ה־Past Continuous (עבר ממושך) מתאר פעולה שהייתה בעיצומה ברגע מסוים בעבר. הנוסחה: was / were + פועל עם -ing. At eight o'clock I was eating dinner. · They were playing football. was ליחיד, were לרבים.
Complete each sentence in the past continuous (was/were + verb-ing). In the last two, type the whole sentence. בחרו was/were או הקלידו את צורת ה-ing. הראשונה - דוגמה פתורה.
I was eating at 8. פעולה בעיצומה ברגע עבר: It was raining. · They were playing. · She was reading. מילות סימן: while, when, at 8 pm.
was / were + verb-ing
שני חלקים: פועל העזר בעבר was (I, he, she, it) או were (you, we, they), ואחריו הפועל העיקרי עם -ing. משתמשים בו לפעולה שהייתה בתהליך ברגע מסוים בעבר.
